Ben Bryden Band

Saturday 28th March

After graduating from Birmingham Conservatoire in the summer, Ben is fresh from a four month stint in New York which saw him appear as a guest with father of the electric guitar, Les Paul. He returns to Dumfries with his own band for the first time since last year’s Clamjamphrie. Featuring rising Scottish sax star Adam Jackson in a distinctive three saxophone front-line, this set of engaging compositions ranges from thoughtful ballad-like melodies to uplifting grooves. Welcoming special guest Dan Nicholls on Soprano saxophone, Andy Bunting on fender rhodes, Rob Anstey on Bass, and John Randall on drums.

Admission £10/£5
